"What a nice place - the family who runs this boutique hotel is caring and attentive, making sure that anything you need while you're in the city is taken care of. The hotel is quite comfortable with stylish rooms, well made beds, and decent showers. Note that the hotel is very close to the public transit (teleferico) lines, but that it's quite a climb up stairs from the hotel to the teleferico. It's super convenient to be so close, but be aware at this altitude the climb can go slowly!"

Friendly and attentive staff too and Remo and team helped organise tours and watched all the football and food at the bar. Highly recommended and stayed here for nearly a month."

"As an American I can say that the breakfast felt a bit small and light but it seemed more traditional to the area so no complaints there. Not their fault I have a poor diet. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating even after our stay. The room was clean. The room also had a lil entry room so the door doesn’t open immediately open into your bed which felt more private. The area nearby had amazing restaurants and coffees just within a couple of blocks.
