É um hotel simples e com boa localizaçâo. Nosso quarto estava limpo, fomos bem atendidos e o café da manhã estava gostoso. A garagem não é coberta e os quartos são meio antigos, mas atende bem se você quer um lugar para dormir.

Gostei bastante do tamanho do quarto e do banheiro. Pontos fracos: 1°. Internet muito ruim; 2°. No quarto 604, tem uma porta trancada (acho que dá acesso ao quarto ao lado ou algo do tipo). Tinha alguém e lá e acústica era bem complicada. Dava pra ouvir tudo que as pessoas falavam (e provavelmente o mesmo deve ter ocorrido para eles). Gostaria de mais privacidade na próxima estadia.

No modo geral foi bom, a parte boa foi o atendimento, o café da manhã top, a limpeza (a camareira Mari q teve todo o carinho na limpeza)...a parte ruim foi no dia de chuva q entrou água dentro do quarto, com isso tive q mudar de quarto, a piscina não tinha condições de uso.

O Hotel está em condições horríveis, sujo, mal cuidado, não tem manutenção, café da manhã ainda servem margarina! Em fim este hotel não deveria cobrar este valor de diária, porque mal dá para usar para dormir. E o atendimento dos recepcionistas mal educados e descansados

Falta limpeza.

Não foi uma estadia agradável. O Hotel é bastante mal cuidado, dá uma impressão ruim. Meu quarto não foi limpo durante o dia, nem mesmo a arrumação da cama e ao falar com a atendente na recepção ela me disse que para arrumar deve ser solicitado na recepçao até as 15h, que isso é política do hotel e que deveria ter sido explicado para mim no checkin. Nunca vi isso em nenhum lugar, sou um viajante constante e jamais vi um hotel que não limpa ou arruma seus quartos. Exatamente ao contrário, se você NÃO quiser arrumar, então deve solicitar. Achei ruim e ficou bem pior depois do atendimento que recebi, tentando me convencer de que eu estava errado por achar ruim que a limpeza não foi feita.

Para poucos dias esta OK

Para viagem curta de negocios ok, o hotel deveria passar por uma reforma, muito antigo as instalações, mal há tomadas, e as que tem no quarto tudo longe da cama, há um espaço para trabalho, tipo uma escrivaninha, porém não há tomadas, fica difil caso necessite usar para ligar o Note. A TV é bem antiga, de tubo ainda, deveriam ir trocando aos poucos as TV's. O Café da manhã é bem generoso, muito bom mesmo, muita variedade e estão de parabens por isso.

Positivo: Café da manhã excelente. Banheiro reformado. Negativo: hotel antigo que precisa de reforma. Vaso sanitário quebrado. Toalha de banho rasgada. Cobertores estragados, antigos e não parecem ser lavados com frequencia. Ao chover, os pingos caem na parte exterior do ar condicionado e fazem barulho o tempo todo. Na chegada o cheiro do rio é bem forte, que no verão não dá pra usar a piscina.

Here is all the things that were wrong with the hotel. One the door locks didn’t lock. They were jammed in two separate rooms. Paint was peeling off the shower tile. The TV was broken. Staff did not offer to bring my suitcase up to the fourth floor. I had to walk up four stories with my heavy luggage. There was a small river next to the property that smelled like raw sewage I’ve got four or five other complaints, but I don’t think I have enough room to put them. I’ll give this hotel a zero and I’ll say I’d like a full refund because Orbits did not do a good job on therehomework on this property. It was at least 60 years old one tiny 1970s elevator one block away on premises. I’m very upset about staying there the air conditioner didn’t work. I sweated all night long after one night I canceled the rest of my rest of my stay. I’m very disappointed and I like a full refund. John Spooner.

Quartos antigos precisam ser reformados. Ar com muito barulho e pia vazando com torneira solta. Café da manhã muito bom. Precisa avisar que não tem elevador pois fiquei no 3 andar e um monte de escadas difíceis para quem é idoso ou tem comordidades e impossível para pessoas com deficiências de locomoção .
