The hotel grounds were beautiful and well kept. The room was decent but the bed was a bit too firm. I like the decor and layout of the room, with a small kitchenette. The front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good but can use some more variety. I would not hesitate to stay here again if the price is reasonable.

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff, room nice, but strange shower set up and the building works over the road were noisy - not the hotel’s fault I know

A 3.5 star is very generous for this property. It definitely needs to be renovated. The outside of the exterior along with the interior needs some updating. The hotel was kind of expensive for what it was. I would not go back. The surrounding houses and neighborhoods are a 5 star. It was fine to walk around late at night. The beaches were also wonderful. I would definitely come back to the island.

The hotel is really good. But they gave us a room with the air conditioner broken. We complain they said it was fixed. However, it was not. We stay the whole trip with the room fluctuating between extreme temperatures. This was a very expensive hotel to have this kind of problem!

Excellent property!!! Jurere area is beautiful. Positano restaurant at the hotel served us delicious food!! Larissa provided us with an outstanding service!! The room was as advertised, very comfortable and quiet at night- had construction noise during the day. Amenities were good. Pool area and grounds well taking care!!! Staff treated us very well. Good positive vibes. Breakfast met our needs. Excellent service overall!

Nice room, great bed and pillows. Fridge in the room. Downside—No posted information about if the water was filtered in the complex and no complementary bottled water. No usb or c chargers in the room-most hotels in US and Europe have them on places like bedside lamp bases

my check in was on Sunday night, I made a reservation on the same day, when I arrived at the hotel I was informed that they did not have confirmation that they had received payment through expedia because the finance person who has access to this information does not work on Sunday. Short story; I had to pay again for the hotel.
