"Can't say enough great things about ths property! The location is spectacular - just a few blocks from Ponte Vecchip and Palozzo Pitti. Also right in the center of many of the artisan shops. The property was clean and the rooms were well appointed and larger than many European hotel rooms. We enjoyed a the complimentary bottle of Chianti on arrival:) The rooftop terracn is spectacular - best view in town of Florence. The staff was kind, helpful and knowledgable:)"

"Beautiful property up in the Arcetri hills with real quiet and a view over Florence you don't get in the center. Rooms were clean and the grounds are lovely. Staff were helpful and sorted our transport both arriving and leaving, which mattered on a morning with an early train. Worth knowing it's a hill above the city, not a walk with luggage, so plan on a taxi. If you want calm at the end of the day rather than stepping straight into the crowds, it's a good trade."
