Unbelievable. We will never stay anywhere else when we visit Florence. The visit was made even better by its manager, Roberta. She responded to every request but more important she shared her extensive knowledge of Florence, its history, wine restaurants in a wonderfully interesting way.

Palatial stay

This is a superb former palace with luxurious amenities, first class service and a breakfast out of the pages of Gourmet magazine. No exaggeration. And it’s perfectly centrally located too.

The staff at Peruzzi was so warm and welcoming. We enjoyed chatting with Roberta several times as she helped us explore Florence. The accommodations are very luxurious but the staff took it to the next level.

Our four days were wonderful. The boutique hotel is 1000 years old. Roberta at the front desk was amazing. The first day she took an hour with us going over everything and the city attractions. If ever retuning you Florence we will stay there. It in the heart of old Florence

Lugnt, generöst och mycket centralt

Boendet i den separata lägenheten är fantastiskt prisvärt, generösa ytor, bekväm inredning och lugnt beläget mot gården. Bra frukost och bra sociala ytor och väldigt entusiastisk personal i receptionen. Man blir nära nog överinformerad om allt som Florence har att erbjuda.

Beautiful Historic Hotel

The hotel was beautiful, well maitained and historic. Its an old family tower that has been converted into a family residence, small business and a hotel. Our room was very nice, good size and well kept. The location was convient to all the major attrations as well.

Here made our holiday that bit more special.

We loved everything about our stay at the Peruzzi Residences. The rooms were very stylish, and the communal rooms were beautifully glamorous and very well equipped with the use of a very high-end kitchen area 24/7. The hotel is in the heart of the Santa Croce area, close to everything & the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We would 100% recommend.

The Peruzzi Urban Residence was outstanding. The room and common areas were very beautiful and comfortable. Roberta and Sylvia made us feel like family. Their reccomendations for places to see and Eat In Florence made our trip more memorable than I can describe.

Warm and friendly stay

Warm, friendly and helpful service from all of the people working at the hotel. A special thank you to the two lovely ladies who tracked down a lost bag! The breakfast had a good selection and the room was spotlessly clean. Great location.

Lovely staff. Above and beyond. The place is clean, breakfast is delicious & rooms are generously sized. The only challenges we had were poor electrical (fuses kept blowing) and the late night crowd walking the streets each evening was very very loud . The windows are not dual paned so we were often up midnight -3am as the drunk college aged kids made their way around town. Very disruptive.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights & we had the most amazing stay! The place is absolutely beautiful & so full of history. The location is excellent - you are close to everything! So many shops, museums, and restaurants - everything is within walking distance. And the staff is wonderful! Roberta is so lovely and everyone else working is so sweet and helpful. Roberta even helped us to make reservations for dinner. (And added bonus, the wifi is super reliable!) I can't recommend Peruzzi Urban Residences enough!

Struttura molto bella e ben organizzata. La governate è davvero disponibile. Stanza bellissima, molto grande e luminosa. Unica nota migliorabile è il box doccia, non all’altezza di tutto il resto che è davvero bellissimo.

Königlich residieren:-)!!!

Absolut zu empfehlen! Wer königlich residieren möchte sollte unbedingt diese Unterkunft auswählen! Es war ein Traum und perfekt passend zum romantische und kunstvollen Florenze... Wundervoll! Riesige Räume, perfekte Lage, sehr freundlich... Wegen Corona viele Änderungen zwecks Frühstück und unbesetzter Rezeption! Frühstückslösung war leider sehr schlecht und wurde von dem Frühstücksdienstleister sehr ausgenutzt. Lieber eine andere Lösung finden... Daran ist jedoch die Unterkunft nicht direkt schuld! Sonst sehr sauber, sehr schönes Bad und top Ausstattung:-)!!!

Lovely building and the deluxe room was stunning. Amazing central location right near the Uffizi! Slightly noisy in the morning as the room is right next to the kitchen.

Easily the best choice for rooms in Florence!

5-star stay! From the moment we booked the host stayed in touch via Whatsapp to help us out. Once we arrived, although the building is old and creepy, as soon as you get to the floor, your greeted with a charming suite that includes a nice reception desk, huge dining room and kitchen, and 6-individual guest suites. Although reception is only there from 8-12pm , they were always available on WhatsApp and on call. Of all our rooms in our Italy trip, this was the best! Exactly what you see in photos, plus its huge!! The bed is super comfy and the bathroom is setup in the best way possible. We really loved the bathroom ammenities too! Each morning, there was chef on the kitchen who makes amazing Omelettes or eggs and helps serve coffee and tea. There is also an awesome spread of cereals, juices, cold cuts, cheeses, pastries...etc. For the says that is rained, they had these high quality big umbrellas you can borrow. This place was also convenient walking distance to the Duomo, Santa Croce for taxi’s, and pretty much anywhere you wanted to be. Only issues where getting luggage up and down to the suites because the elevator is slow and only accomodates one person/bag at a time.

A beautiful hotel situated perfectly in the middle of Florence. The staff was incredibly helpful and attended to everything we needed. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Florence

Beautiful room in a lovely historic building. The inside is very spacious and decorated well. They made provisions for breakfast - Provided GF snacks and soya milk which was nice of them. Self-check In was easy. Caroline and the staff were very welcoming.
