"This place is nothing like my wife & I have experienced. This is a whole new hotel stay. It was a great experience & very active place. From the food, drinks, service and all, it was truly a great experience. The pool, food & drinks on the rooftop was amazing. I will definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel right in the centre. Fabio at the front desk was very welcoming and the room was great with a wonderful bright super clean marble bathroom. We booked a superior room and the sheets were fine linen and we slept really well. Cute bar too for a drink."

"This is a great hotel location for all the main attractions and only a 10 minute walk from the railway station if you are flying into Pisa. The hotel and rooms are brilliant, loved the heaven & hell theme. Some great touches by the hotel such as free drink at the bar, x2 free beers in the mini bar. The pool room is great as are the restaurants and courtyard garden. Highly recommend this hotel."

"We had a very good stay in Florence. The location was excellent, the room was comfortable, and overall we were very happy with our experience. There are a few areas that could use a little more attention. Some parts of the hotel looked a bit worn, with noticeable marks and damage on some of the walls, and the elevator was occasionally problematic. These were relatively minor issues, though, and didn’t significantly affect our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here. A very good option for a stay in Florence, and we would happily recommend it!"
