The staff is good, except for one person in the reception. The condition of the hotel is not so good. No elevator and the bathroom in my room, was extremely small!

It had been renovated since my last stay and was brighter and cleaner. Staff was excellent and the included breakfast was bountiful. Easy to walk to any of the sites of Florence.

Perfekte Lage, um die Stadt zu erobern. Das Zimmer war nicht so schön, wie auf den Bildern und über 64 Stufen zu erklimmen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte tadellos. Die Poolbenutzung kostete extra. Das Frühstück war überschaubar, aber gut. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.

Highly recommend! Great value for the money!
This hotel is super cute and full of italian charm. What this hotel does not have in «high end» standard, it compensates with being autentic and friendly. Loved the back yard pool area, a big bonus with the heatwave in town. Breakfast i simple, but have a great barista. The location is perfect and in heart of the old town, close to everything. We did experience an misunderstanding, but the staff was extremely service minded and solution oriented, so it ended up being no problem at all!

Personnel dans l’ensemble plutôt accueillant mais tarif pas clairement explicite car on nous a demandé de payer une demi-heure de séjour à la piscine (glaciale et en panne le matin de notre arrivée) alors que rien ne le disait dans la réservation car il était seulement indiqué « hôtel avec piscine ». Grand point positif de cet hôtel : sa position idéale pour visiter le centre historique....

Familie aus der Schweiz
Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und macht einen sauberen und freundlichen Eindruck. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im alten Trakt welcher zur Zeit teilweise renoviert wird. Das Bad wurde nachträglich ins Zimmer eingebaut und extrem klein für grosse Leute; daher unbequem. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Pool sieht auf den Bilder besser aus als in Wirklichkeit. Unter diesen Prämissen kann das Hotel empfohlen werden.

Excelente localização, estacionamento caríssimo, difícil acesso com carro ao hotel, acessibilidade precária,não há elevador tem que subir de escadas três andares.

We were expecting a hotel room based off of the booking of a standard room, however we were given keys to a next door building which seemed to be an apartment. We were given access to a bedroom, kitchen, rooftop, bathroom, and living room but had to share access to an entry way with another resident. It was quite strange and other than the bathroom not being the most up to date amenity it was still pleasant to live in and more space than expected. However! There is a very loud pump that pulls water up to the 4th floor every single time you open a tap, flush the toilet, or shower. It also turns on when the other resident is using their water which was quite disruptive especially in the early morning and late at night. The desk staff during check in could also be more helpful, transparent about booking, and more hospitable.

We loved staying at this cute hotel! Super close to the Duomo, lots of restaurants, and shops. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room is small but felt it was sufficient for what we needed. It’s obvious they work to clean the rooms and bathrooms. Unfortunately, you can tell there are small amounts of mold around the corners of shower and they’ve tried to fix it. Overall, that’s was a great place to stay and if you aren’t allergic to mold definitely recommend. We would love to stay here again!

Une chambre tout à fait correcte pour son prix (très bas). Mais à 200 mètres de l’hôtel principal, et donc sans accès aux services de l’hôtel, ni à la jolie vue sur la piscine aperçue dans l’annonce. L’impression de s’être fait avoir par l’annonce.

Hugely misleading room advertisement
I was put in a room that looked nothing like the pictures on hotels.com and which was in a separate building five minutes away from the main hotel building. The room was in a residential building with no reception and no amenities. The room also had a very unsafe stairs to reach the bed, which was not shown in any of the pictures. I reached out to hotels.com asking them to review what seemed to be a mix up and was told th reception would relocate me to the correct room. The hotel reception insisted I was in the right room despite me showing them my booking confirmation and pictures which look nothing like the hotel I booked and refused to move me. I complained again to hotels.com and was asked what I was hoping to 'get' from my complaint. A very odd comment. Overall the service from both the hotel and hotels.com was really disappointing and the fact that the room/building I was put in was nowhere on the booking advertisement is hugely misleading.

Soggiorno nella dependance.
Siamo stati dirottati nella dependance a poche centinaia di metri dal corpo principale. Camera un po’ piccola, ma ben curata nel suo aspetto. Un piccolo disservizio riscontrato è stato prontamente sistemato previo passaggio in reception. Personale molto gentile. Pulizia ottima.
