Dear Michael,Thanks for the review. Customer reviews are the only way for us to continuously improve. In this case we have offered you a "room change" several times, but you have always refused. So that we put a 5cm topper on top of the mattress, but again it wasn't enough. We have continuously tried to help you and try to satisfy your needs, but you have always refused every proposal from us.
