Travaux sur le penthouse donc dés le matin du bruit juste au dessus de l appartement.. il n’est donc pas possible de profiter du penthouse la journée… de plus jacuzzi sale.. et cerise sur le gâteau, le penthouse n est pas réservé à cet appartement mais est commun à 2 appartements… belle cuisine mais peu pratique car très peu d équipement.. par exemple aucun moule ou plat qui va au four… Quant à la propreté des lieux … malgré une très gentille femme de ménage, ben c est pas ça.. des cheveux par ci par là, un cafard écrasé contre un mur, des taches au sol qui ne partent pas… bref peu mieux faire…

L'appartement "non fumeur" était sale et sentait la cigarette : odeurs, du gras partout dans la cuisine et sur la vaisselle, grosses taches sur le sol, lavabos et douches sales. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pendant notre séjour. Et malgré nos relances par la messagerie d'expedia et une réponse par mail nous indiquant que cela allait être réparé sous peu rien n'a été fait : c'est honteux de louer sans eau chaude ! Au niveau équipement : très peu de vaisselle et pas assez de couverts pour 4 personnes, pas de saladier. L'abattant de toilettes est cassé, certains interrupteurs fonctionnent mal. Une des baies vitrées ne se verrouille pas. Pas de pile dans certaines télécommandes pour la climatisation. Les chaises sont dégoûtantes pleine de tâches sur le tissu. Un des murs d'une chambre est couvert de cloques dues à des infiltrations d'eau.

Vi njöt mest av takterassen, den borde dock rensas från gammalt bråte som tex. trasig tvättställ och parasoll, bänkar som förvarades där! Och det skulle vara välbehövligt med mer skugga på terassen. Vi gillade även poolen och tvättmaskinen, båda förgyllde vår vistelse. Rummet hade från början en trasig fläkt, som de turligtvis bytte ut samma kväll. Och golvet i köket hade fläckar som inte gick bort, det gav tyvärr ett smutsigt och ovårdat intryck. Konstigt nog var det inte heltäckande vägg mellan sovrummet och badrummet. Övre halvan av väggen täcktes av persienner gjorda av trä. Man kunde ha haft lite mer avskildhet på toaletten.

Kommer ikke tilbage, langt fra en penthouse lejl.

Vi havde bestilt penthouse leilighed og bliver indkvarteret i en fængsel lignende leijlighed uden balkon, man kunne dele en tagterasse med nabo leijligheden en stejl trappe op. Her var ingen mulighed for skygge da to parasoller var ødelagte, så umuligt at tilbringe tid der når solen var oppe. Vi protesteret da vi havde i rombeskrivelsen fået vide der var balkon tilhørende værelset, hvilket det ikke var. Chefen blev tilkaldt og hans far kom med da vi ville klage på hvad vi havde fået. Svaret var det var hotels.com (expedia) skyld at de har sat balkon i beskrivelsen. Godt nok havde nabo værelset en lille balkon i tilknytning til værelset, men ikke vores, selvom det blev ledigt næste dag var det ingen vilje om at få dette værelse når det blev ledigt. Tilgengæld blev vi tilbudt en større leilighed men der til kom en større mer pris. Dette takkede vi nej til. Dessuden var sofa og gulvtæppe så beskidt at min mand sat i 8 dage på en barstol som var eneste sted vi kunne indtage mad. Denne bordhjørne var lige ved indgangsdøren og køleskab så vi havde ca 1 kvm at hygge os på i stuen. Hvor der ikke var AC så det var kvælende varmt, men det var sørget for en kraftig gulvventilator, men denne kunne kun benyttes hvis man ikke vil se fjernsyn for det var ikke stik til denne, enten måtte du ofre køleskab, fjernsyn eller internet. Det gode ved lejligheden var godt internet, og god seng med AC i soveværelse, Badeværelse var i fin stand og vi benyttede os af vaskemaskine til tøjvask.

Très bon séjour au sugareef

Séjour de 5 jours au sugareef. Hôtel très bien situé à 5mn de la plage et des restaurants. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et très arrangeants. N'hésitez pas à réserver dans cet établissement.

L'établissement est très bien situé par rapport à la plage et aux commerces. L'appartement était sale, pas d'eau chaude pour la vaisselle, les douches à l'eau tiède, équipements vaisselle très limite. Le jacuzzi situé sur la terrasse faisait un bruit d'enfer dans l'appartement que nous avions en dessous. L'isolation phonique nulle, on entendait tout ce qui se passait dans le couloir. Les gardiens supervisant l'établissement étaient très gentils et faisaient tout leurs possibles pour nous être agréable.

The location next to the beach and close to restaurants and supermarket is very nice. The bathroom and sleeping room are great. The kitchen has some tools, but not really enough equiment if you want to cook yourself every day, but that was not a problem for us. The swimming pool is small, but clean. The roof top is really nice with a great view! A perfect place to stay and relax, if the pool or the beach is filled up with people.

팬트하우스라 불리는 꼭대기층은 피하시길...엘리베이터도 없는 숙소에 오르락내리락하는것만도 기운빠지네요 거실 주방쪽엔 에어컨이 없어서 음식해먹을때도 많이 덥습니다 전반적으로 만족도 떨어지네요 팬트하우스...빨래널기는 좋았음

NEVER AGAIN !!

Definitely not what the pictures reflect. Room was filthy upon arrival and no effort was made to actually do anything about it. Was supposed to be a 3 sleeper but my daughter slept on a normal couch which was not stipulated upon booking. Jacuzzi was filthy didn't get to even use it once. Every time we did complain about something took forever to actually come back to us and then with plenty of excuses. I can honestly say its not up to the rating they have been giving and would never book there again.
