"There was no WiFi, everything was dark and dingey feeling. The room smelled like urine and we had to be let in by the worker because they couldn’t make room keys or let us use our Hilton Honors app because of no WiFi. Now it was because lightning struck the building the morning before our stay so I get that but there was nothing offered as far as a discount or anything like that due to the inconvenience. The beds we like cardboard. We love staying at Hampton and other Hilton brands but this one was one of the worst stays we’ve ever had."
