Not having a restaurant on property for lunch and dinner was somewhat inconvenient. I asked for ice one evening and the husband seemed a bit put out and he never made us feel welcome or really spoke to us. Our room was a few feet from the road so was very noisy. "Very clean, spacious room with 2 large windows overlooking Main Street, with generous transom windows above that. Staff very kind and helpful. Great food for dinner, and for the free madero order breakfast as well. I only wish the self serve portion could be opened before 8am, or available by request to your room, for those of us checking out early. Great location, huge parking area behind the hotel. Loved it!"

"Warm and welcoming. The owners go above and beyond to help guests feel comfortable. The public rooms were cozy with candle light, Yule logs in the fireplaces and lots of games and books to enjoy. Quiet setting but a short walk from the nearest town and convenient to The Burren. Very relaxing. Delicious breakfast."
