"Room was dirty, bathroom dirty ,hair in the tub, seats torn up,top blanket was torn and sewed babk together. Asked for a different room after showing the front desk man was told it’s a extended stay That was his reasoning. Did not change my room or blanket. Also had housekeeping trying to get in my room before check out time…."

"This was the most generic hotel I ever stayed in. It was almost like staying in a hospital room. Starting with decor..it looked like all furnishings came from IKEA. Low and behold, there was a hugh ikea down the street. Most hotels have multiple waste baskets. There was one We also had one plastic cup wrapped in celofane. TV had very basic channel package. Morning breakfast was cereal bananas, apples. Bagels. For eggs you had a choice..hard-boiled or hard-boiled. At check out a man behind the desk looked at my bald head and said...."I see we won't have to worry about cleaning up the room from yout hair". They took a $25.00 deposit for incidental. We had to call them to get it refunded."

"The Holiday Inn Express did not meet our expectations and was the least pleasant Holiday Inn stay we've experienced. The online photos were misleading; in reality, the room interiors are quite outdated and do not reflect the images advertised. They only renovated the restroom in the lobby. At $161 per night before taxes, we felt the hotel was overpriced for what it offered. For only a little more, we've stayed at Embassy Suites properties that were significantly nicer and provided a much better overall experience. Given the choice, we would definitely choose Embassy Suites again. Our room was located right next to the swimming pool, and even at 10:00 PM we could still hear guests talking loudly. This made it difficult to relax and wasn't ideal for families with young children who need a quieter environment for sleep. We were also disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Our baby was crawling on the floor for a short period of time, and his hands and legs became noticeably dirty afterward. This raised concerns about how thoroughly the room had been cleaned prior to our arrival."
