Magic place

Amazing place. Beautiful nature, quiet and peaceful. Very family friendly. The cabins are cute and cozy traditionally decorated. Would love to come back.

Top Lage. Wunderschöne Aussicht und tolles Familienprogramm. Nette Mitarbeiter. Leider kam es zu einigen Problemen im Zimmer, da irgendwas von der Technik her veraltet ist. Somit kam es zu mehreren Stromausfällen und eine Lampe die teilweise sehr verbrannt roch und sich nicht mehr ausschalten ließ. Dementsprechend haben wir unseren Silvesterabend und auch unser Neujahrsfrühstück mit einem Techniker in unserem Zimmer verbracht. Leider wurde mir der Buchungsbetrag doppelt abgebucht und ich musste einige Tage warten bis das Hotel mir den Betrag zurück überwiesen hat. Trotz der Umstände waren die Mitarbeiter bzw. der Leiter kompromissbereit und Verständnisvoll.

Het is een hele leuke accommodatie en is fijn gelegen. Voor kinderen is er genoeg te doen, ze staan echt vooraan op dat park en tijdens het diner is er een speciale kaart voor hun. Het klimpark op de plattegrond is echter niet meer intact, met de hitte was het ook erg warm in de huisjes. Maar wij hebben echt enorm genoten en vonden de tijd veel te snel gaan!

What a hidden gem in a beautiful location! We were a bit shocked when we drove up and realized how adorable this place is in person. Our weekend was a bit crowded with a wedding and what appeared to be some company retreat so the common area played loud music and had lots of dancing and laughter until late at night. Building #3 is near the common area so if you’re looking for quiet evenings you may want something further from there. We were in an upstairs apartment with no AC that we could find, it was hot at bedtime, but the night cooled off well. Reception keeps certain hours and after that it’s a calling service. I asked about doing laundry and told where it was but didn’t know I needed a token from reception to use the washer, make sure you ask for a token!! The laundry machines weren’t perfect and I had a hard time getting the dryer to work. Breakfast was really good the evening dinner buffet was AMAZING! Our room had everything in the kitchen you would need to make your own snacks while visiting. A nice feature were towels and a towel bag as well as a bag to carry for a hike. Overall, we would love to come back to this hotel and spend more time. Next time, I would plan on packing my own fan, spending more than one night, and not using it as my laundry stop so I can enjoy a bit more. It felt so safe for our family with kids running and playing.

Un Natale rilassante

Sono stata tre giorni insieme con la mia poccola di un anno ed il miomarito . Abiamo goduto i buoni servizi in spa e la pescina poi per fare dei giri un po piu lunghi ce il acogliente nido dove la puccola rimaneva a giocare insieme ad altri bambini.Ritornero sicuramemente!!

Il posto ideale per rilassarsi e dove tornare

Uno splendido soggiorno rilassante con la famiglia. Gentile e disponibile il personale della reception. Molto carino e confortevole l'appartamento, dotato di tutti i comfort e con un bel panorama. Presso la spa, posizionata al centro del resort, io e la mia famiglia abbiamo usufruito della piscina, piccolina ma graziosa e con cromoterapia, della sauna finnica e aromatica e dell'ottimo servizio massaggi. Il babyclub ha impegnato i nostri bambini in diverse attività divertenti; è arrivato in visita anche Santa Klaus, con piccoli doni. Per il cenone di Natale, il ristorante ha proposto deliziosi piatti tipici, estremamente curati nella presentazione e un secondo menù adatto ai più piccoli. E' una sistemazione che senz'altro mi sento di consigliare per le famiglie con bambini.

Tolles Familienhotel/feriendorf

Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen dort verbracht. Sehr nettes Personal,tolle ruhige Lage, gute Ausstattung. Ein Paradies für Familie n. Nur zwei Sachen stören. 1.Keine Spülmaschine in den Wohnungen 2.Kein W-LAN in den Wohnungen, auch nicht gegen Aufpreis. Das ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß und sollte bei dem Preis (4Sterne) selbstverständlich sein!

Der Aufenthalt hat uns als Familie sehr gut gefallen (Sommer, Hauptsaison). Obwohl die Häuser sehr dicht beieinander liegen, hatten wir ausreichend Ruhe. Dies mag anders sein, wenn man eine Unterkunft neben dem "Dorfplatz" (gute Küche, gute Portionen, sehr nette Terasse) oder dem Schwimmbad erwischt. Sehr erfreulich war, dass man Handtücher für das App. und den Pool/See gratis an der Rezeption tauschen konnte. Auch war unser App. sehr sauber (einschl. der Küchenutensilien). Es gibt auch Kinderbetreuung und Jugendprogramm, was wir aber nicht in Anspruch genommen haben und daher nicht beurteilen können.

Die Idee mit den "Ferienhäuschen" ist eine tolle Idee und gibt diesem Hotel einen besonderen Charm. In den Genuss des Frühstücksbuffets sind wir leider nicht gekommen, da dieses erst ab Hauptsaison angerichtet wird (ab Mai).

Bellissima struttura in un luogo meraviglioso, ci torneremo quest'estate per sfruttare al meglio il tutto. massimo relax e un incredibile gentilezza e servizio dell staff.

Grazioso residence composto da appartamenti

Abbiamo trascorso solamente tre giorni ma ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. La prima notte ha nevicato ed il villlagio si è trasformato da verdeggiante a candido, da cartolina. All'interno noleggio di slitte e attrezzature da sci. In famiglia non siamo sciatori ma abbiamo fruito in abbondanza della piscina interna, saune palestra e zone relax.
