"First and foremost, the staff here are wonderful and the property is beautiful. We have stayed 2x so far and it won't be our last! Great location, clean rooms, very comfy beds and nice views. I can't comment on the pool because both times we stayed was out of season. But it's a straight shot to the beach and OOB is a short walk. The location is perfect. Only downside is the train that comes by. But honestly, if you're doing it right you will be so dead tired you won't care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"It was a well-maintained property, although the last night we were there the hot tub wasn't hot and it had been wonderful previously. Their towels are lousy, but other than that, it was very enjoyable. The room had a table and 2 chairs and outside the door there were 2 chairs and an end table. The bed was great, but I did have a problem getting up there - it's very high up and I'm short. The shower was GREAT! You can adjust the pressure. If you want sun in the AM or PM, ask for one or the other. We had sun in the AM and it was nice sitting outside drinking our coffee. There's a BBQ area with picnic tables in the back. It IS very close to the railroad tracks, which wasn't too bothersome, but a little annoying. Close and walkable to restaurants, bars and the little carnival they have. The beach is just across the street and down a dead-end road. Like a block away. It was nice and I would recommend it."

"Went on a Friday- Sunday Staff was great rooms are clean lots of young loud teens hanging out all hours of the night out in the parking lots little tricky with toddlers or any one trying to take a night walk one would think being so far from the attractions it would be the complete opposite but overall great experience on the staff’s behalf!"

"The charm of this location is that it was further down the beach area than the crowds at the Pier, and the exterior grounds are well-maintained with a view towards the ocean off of the balcony. The rooms are very dated, and the bathroom and shower (no tub) are in a closet-sized space. While the "living room" area is nice if you need the sleeper sofa, that space could have been smaller to allow for the basic bathroom space one expects in a room. Everyone uses the bathroom, not everyone needs a pullout sofa. The price was reasonable given it was Summer season. In hindsight, I should have paid an additional $30 per night to have stayed in a place closer to the Pier that I knew were more updated."
