They sent a taxi to pick me up; apologized; upgraded my room from basic to presidential; and offered a fantastic meal at no cost. My initial outrage changed into appreciation. "Location was fantastic just next to a big shopping mall with lots of restaurants and a park in front However I requested for a room near the lift but was not given , perhaps it’s because I checked in night ! Room was big clean and comfortable "
