"The worst experience ever i booked a room for 3 and got a room for 2 i talked to the guy there and he couldn t help me. "Upon arrival we were upgraded to another room because of a party which took place during our stay in the building which we booked. The thing is that it was not a real upgrade as we were moved to a room on the fourth floor with no elevator with steps inside the room which was not what we wished for. "The location is wonderful - right on the Council Square with a view of the plaza & Council Tower. Very convenient for visiting the Old Town & shopping. Staff is very welcoming & helpful. There is no lift, but the room was spacious & comfortable. The shower was a large oddly shaped tub with a handheld sprayer. The breakfast was nice, & the staff very friendly. Overall, would highly recommend! "
