"This was a really fun place to stay! A very cool, historic and artsy building! A really cool neighborhood in downtown as well. The rooms are on the smaller side. I was traveling alone so the size of the room wasn't an issue. I would stay here once again. The staff was extremely helpful and so nice! The only complaint that I have is that the lobby was not air conditioned. The staff at the front desk had to be miserable!!"

"The hotel is within walking distance of really good restaurants and the historic district. We had a one bedroom suite so the room was spacious and well appointed. Everything was clean and in good repair. The lobby bar is really nice, a great place to grab drinks and snacks. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was the best hotel breakfast we have had. We did struggle with housekeeping. We booked the room for three adults because it had a pull out sofa bed. On our arrival there was no bedding for the pull out. Our first request brought only sheets. The second request brought one thin blanket and a pillow. We called a third time requesting the same type bedding that was on the bed and received one more thin blanket, A little disappointing for the price we paid for the room."

"The location is as good as any in Philadelphia. It is ideal for anyone attending an event at the sports complex, since the Broad Street Line subway is only 6 stops away. Similarly, much of South Philadelphia is easily accessed. And of course the Kimmel Center and Academy of Music are across the street. The rooms are fine. Parking is solid and reasonably priced at less than $50 per night including in/out. Coffee in the lobby market is superb and reasonably priced."

"Wonderfully helpful front desk staff! The TV in the bedroom was tricky to figure out for us, and overheard another person mention that the TV didn't work for him either, but it was okay. We also had a hard time with the heat but did ask for extra blankets and had them hand delivered quickly. It was for an overnight birthday trip and the front desk staff gave us some drink vouchers which was very kind. And chocolates! I'd give it a 3.5/5 with the staff being the true highlight."
