"Room was not ready when I arrived. I got a room but it was still dirty from the last guest There was someone there and I got a different room I got double charged for the room. They asked for my card to pay the room tax but they charged the full amount. The room had already been pre-paid on Expedia. When I asked the hotel staff about this they assured me it was only the room tax that got charged. But when I got my Credit card statement, I found that was not true. Now I have to spend a bunch...

"J'ai payé le petit déjeuner pour rien"

"In de eerste kamer was het geluid van de snelweg te horen; de zeep was op, maar omdat er problemen met de wc waren kregen we een andere kamer. Ook daar was de zeep op, de douchecabine is erg krap en het douchegordijn 'plakt' aan mij tijdens douchen. Slechts twee stopcontacten, waarvan eentje net buiten de badkamer, dus scheren met open deur. Andere stopcontact zat los. Rookmelder aan plafond hing los."

"Un petit peu bruyant au niveau des portes que l’on est obligé de claquer pour qu’elles se ferment alors quand les personnes rentrent à 3h du mat’ c’est compliqué de ne pas être réveillée. "

"Gabrielle was welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. We loved the character and history of the Chateau. The setting was peaceful and relaxing , and it was a lovely spot as a base for our day trips. "

"Evasile est la meilleure !!! Nous sommes venus dormir une nuit pour la fête médiévale de Provins et Evasile a été super accueillante tout le long. Nous avions demandé s’il était possible de venir plutôt pour déposer nos affaires et Evasile à tout fait pour nous aider, nous avions trouvé ça hyper gentil de sa part. Après la nuit passée, nous avons pu partir plus tard que l’heure de Check-out prévue pour bien avoir le temps de nous préparer, et Evasile nous avais même fait le petit-déjeuner....

"Chambre trop étriquée"

"Clim bruyante et non réglable dans la chambre, c’est l’accueil qui règle la température. Petit déjeuner avec peu de choix, servi dans une salle sans âme. L’eau de la douche mets du temps à chauffer. Sinon les chambres sont agréables, lit comfortable et pas trop de bruit à l’extérieur "

"This hotel has been an Auberge since the middle ages and we enjoyed it as a welcome rest after a long flight. The beds were very confortable and the area was quiet. Showers were modern with lots of hot water. We strongly recommend opting in for the breakfast on the terrace which was excellent."
