The hotel is run down, filthy and on top Daily cleaning on request only!!! Parking garage available, small cars recommended. Staff not informed but polite, large cold Restaurant. Food very good, a contrast to the hotel

Personalen delvis ouppmärksam och missade information. Slarvigt med kvittohantering och event på hotellet. Restaurangen riktigt dålig, lång väntetid, en timma innan mat serverades. Missade delar av beställningen trots att vi bara var två personer. Trist tillagning av maten, en 2 av 5 möjliga.

What a fantastic stay in this hotel. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were always greeted with friendly, helpful staff, whether it be answering our queries or just saying a friendly hello as we passed. The services offered were amazing- free tea, coffee, cold water and fruit and the breakfast catered for all tastes. Thank you for a great stay.

Trevligt besök i Falun!

Hej! Vi inkl. hunden är mycket nöjda med vår övernattning. Bra service vid incheckningen då jag missat att meddela att en hund finns med samt centralt läge. Hann med ett mycket trevligt besök på Dalarnas museum för mig som hållit på Leksands IF i hockeyn sedan mitten av 70-talet.

Som andra påpekat, så finns ingen AC, så rummet blev alldeles för varmt, den lilla fläkten man fick hjälpte inte så mycket. Bra läge på hotellet och trevlig personal i receptionen. Frukosten var bra.

Tyvärr ingen AC

Personal i reception gjorde att betyget var bra. Otrolig service. Tyvärr har hotellet ingen AC så har man ont av värme, kvavt o varmt så är det inte bra. Sen har matsalen ingen AC så osten mm på frukosten var lite svettig. Sen fick jag redan kl 07.50 en fralla som var från dagen innan. Torr o tråkig. Men service fr personal i reception gjorde att resan blev bra.

The hotel was worn down, dirty and out dated. We were there in July and the hotel didn’t have AC and it was miserable. The rooms were probably over 90 degrees and so was the common areas. The service was friendly but extremely slow.

Ingen ac på rummet vilket gjorde att vi sov väldigt dåligt! Öppnade fönstret men det hjälpte ingenting. Duschslangen i badrummet var trasig. Frukosten var bra. Slitet hotell med vissa delar som var renoverade
