"Beautiful establishment. Gorgeous architecture and surrounding landscape and grounds were immaculate. We truly enjoyed the location however, the hot tub and sauna were barely warm, with no way to adjust the temperature so it was more like a cool bath tub, and warm room rather than a traditional hot tub and sauna. Additionally one of the bar staff was rude. When asked a question about the restaurant reservations he made a condescending comment. Just unnecessary.
Dinner at their traditional restaurant was good, and breakfast in the mornings were fantastic."
"The hotel is very comfortable and conveniente to visit the city. The pool is beautiful, a cute peacock that strolls along the garden. They are going through a reno so some noise but not intrusive."
"It’s in a great location to visit nearby sites of interest in Évora. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of choices, and loved the coffee options. Parking is limited, pay €12 for a day, IF available….we’re enjoying an adventure in navigating a new place. ENJOY!"
"The Vitoria Stone Hotel was conveniently located, within walking distance of the walled city. The hotel is quirky and modern. The room was small but well appointed. The shower was great! We unfortunately didn’t have time to enjoy the infinity pool on the top floor or the sauna or fitness room, but the view from the top floor is great. The breakfast was generous with many options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The WiFi enabled my husband to conduct a video conference from the business area in the main lobby. We highly recommend this hotel."
