Breakfast was not ready at 6am as we were told. When they did have it ready they ran out of food. Pancakes were not available. Signage that we would be evicted if we brought food or drink into the pool is not very friendly.

Very friendly helpful staff. Room was updated and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options and attentive staff present. Easy walking to great dinner across the street. Easy parking and easy access to interstate.

Overall great stay
Our family got stuck in Evanston during a snowstorm that closed I-80. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and spacious. The pool area and gym were great to have access to. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh hot food and very friendly cook.

Great stay!
We loved our stay! The staff were all so friendly! They definitely keep up on cleaning the shared amenities. We loved our time in the pool/hot tub. And our room was clean and comfortable! Also, there’s a little grey restaurant/bar across the parking lot. Awesome place, definitely recommend.
