Hi Eric, Thank you for the 10 out of 10! Your comments of "amazing" and "great", this is exactly what we strive to hear from each guest regarding their stay with us! Unfortunately, we cannot offer a later check-out time. We need this extra time for cleaning, otherwise, we would not be able to get the rooms cleaned. Sadly, this is due to a lack of great housekeepers. It is difficult to find amazing housekeepers. We do hope you will come back and stay with us!

We want to be the place where you can relax, be comfortable and enjoy your time!

HI Thelma, It sounds like you had some issues with your stay here, we are very sorry you guys didn't have a good time. We never like to hear that, as we try our best that everyone comes away with having a great time, no matter what time of year people visit. It appears that cold weather caused your pipes to freeze, but that the problem was taken care of but that it take several hours. We do always move people to other rooms if we have any open rooms that are not having an issue or are open. Since winter time is a slower time for us, many of our rooms are getting a face lift at any given time, so while cottages might appear like it empty its not ready for guests (such as the big project of changing out flooring in several units going on right now). Unfortunately, we never know what the weather is going to do, if we did it would make life so much easier. As far as the town is concerned most people come to Eureka Springs in the winter to just relax and cuddle in front of the fireplace and reconnect with each other.
