Oceanview Inn
Room was great, area around motel seemed a little sketchy. Staff wanted to charge me $30 per room to check in 30 minutes early. Over all I would recommend staying at Ocean View.

Beachfront Inn
Except for an elevator that needed repairs, this was a delightful property right on the beach. In the harbor area, I think it was one of only a few in Brookings that could claim they were on the beach. The room was clean, comfortable, had a lovely balcony with beach/ocean view.
