"The hotel was very comfortable for a night before flying out of Incheon. It is very handy for the airport with its own free shuttle (you can also get to it via the airport's own long-term parking shuttle). I was disappointed that the restaurant only had a buffet, which was fairly expensive, rather than a la carte options. Thankfully the room service menu made it possible to eat and drink something less substantial (and pricey). It was a delightful experience to have room service delivered by a robot."
