We went to the bar for a late lunch and the waitress left us with the menus, disappeared, and when I talked to the bar person about ordering, I saw our waitress outside smoking with her manager! Only one person dealing with guests at breakfast and obviously brand new and untrained. These wait staff were pleasant people but needed someone on site to give them guidance. "The hotel was beautiful and historic. However, nobody told us that there was no central air conditioning nor that there was construction going on at the hotel when I booked our room. The television turned on and sound came out but the picture didn't come on. We were woke up before 8 am by a jackhammer that was consistent until we checked out at 11 am. I would never have booked this hotel, nor paid that much. We were extremely disappointed with this hotel and our trip to Estes Park."

"We called ahead to see about dropping off our luggage ahead of check-in, and the helpful voice on the phone went ahead and checked us in and offered an upgraded room. Upon arrival, we were a little concerned when we saw the building (it was built in the 50s), but we were pleasantly surprised. The building looked very well kept and our room was even nicer. It had obviously had recent renovations. The room was immaculate. The bathroom was modern and we found plenty of electrical outlets...

"This place was cute! We had the King suite and it was perfect! Blue Door inn is around everything but not in the middle which i liked! They had a pool party with a band while we were there! Breakfast was good. I liked the biscuit and gravy and apple juice! 10/10 would stay here again!"

"We visited Estes Mountain Inn for the first time with our 2 year old and 8 year old. We really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool option as the weather is always changing. We enjoyed the playground and games in the lobby. The smores and popcorn were a hit. The room was a little smaller than we anticipated but it was still comfortable with AC and the smart TV was convenient as well. Can't wait to plan our next trip!"
