"My family had a great stay. Very clean and tidy room. Clean, comfy beds. Spacious room for a family of 4 with bunk beds. Reception and cafe was very lively and had a lovely atmosphere. The staff was welcoming and accommodating especially Christine who took care of our requests. "

"This property is located in close proximity to Sol plaza which is best plaza in my opinion even better than Royal Plaza for liveliness. The street where the hotel is located in only for walking and therefore you will have to walk atleast 1-2 minutes to reach there or acess taxi/public transport. But that was not an inconvenience in anyway. We had amazing stay with really sweet and helpful staff who made our stay really comfortable. Room was clean and balcony with view of Sol plaza. It is so well located that we walked around everywhere and didn't need to take any transport other than for train station/airport. Would definitely recommend staying here."

"Stayed here for 5 days and really enjoyed it. The hotel is beautiful, very close to the museum triangle and literary quarter, quick walk to Plaza Mayor and centre, and Retiro Park. Rooms are spacious, though I found the layout a bit odd for mine as the sink and vanity was right as you enter the room and separate from the bathroom. Room amenities are excellent! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush and toothpaste kit, glass container has cotton pads, shower cap and Q tips. There is even a handheld steamer in the closet drawer, very convenient! Three complimentary bottles of water that are replenished when you opt for turndown, minibar and fridge has lots of options, and coffee machine. The library, gym and pool are all on the main floor which you pass to get to the elevator. Loved using the pool to cool down during the afternoon. There is a sauna and steam room as well, all amenities were clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet had lots of good options and you get one free item from the menu if included with your room eg. Eggs benny, waffles, omelette. Staff are all super friendly and helpful. Breakfast team is quick to get your food order, coffee, clear plates. Front house team was really nice, I needed help with getting a few things (adapter broke and needed new one) and they were very accomodating. Had a great stay in Madrid and with this hotel, can highly recommend!"

"Hotel was beautiful. It is right in the middle of the Square and around the corner from Mercado de San Miguel Food Market. We had a view of the Square from our room. The front desk personnel and manager were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel. "
