Could maybe use a reno, couch had a few dark stains which was a bit questionable but all in all cheap, quiet, convenient and walkable distance to shops, bars and restaurant's.

Great location on the water. Facilities were offered including complimentary breakfast and laundry. The food in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was very good. Would stay again

Our room was on the second floor, with a large window facing the sea. It was designated non-smoking and had no odor inside, but about every 15 feet there was a butt receptacle mounted to the wall. Those were smelly and people were smoking right outside the room doors.
