Hotel was almost brand new condition! I did stay this hotel with my boys for ski holiday in Erzurum Palandöken.. staff's was very friendly especially at breakfast cheff and waiters. My boys asked cheese toast at breakfast because they are very pickey,they don't eat every food! Breakfast cheff did it very specially! Highly recommended! DO NOT book this hotel through Expedia. They have some serious miscommunications between each other. I booked half board for two rooms with 6 people, paid an extra $400 for this only to hear the hotel say we only have bed and breakfast. After endless hours on chat and phone calls, expedia promised to take care of it. I will need to pay for the dinner charge and then get reimbursed for it. Well after I sent in the receipt, I had to chat with them again, they reviewed it and then finally offered to give me $200 in one key credit which I still haven’t received yet. Not a real refund. Sadly this overshadowed our whole stay and this review.

Duşa kabin kireç içinde ,klozet temiz değil ve oda içerisinde pis kalmış yerler vardı. Abgesehen das die Aircondition Fernbedienung nicht funktionsfähig war und sich die Raumtemperatur nur von der Lobby aus regeln lies, lies sich auch das einzige Fenster nur 10cm öffnen. Mit Drahtseil gesichert. Gitter wäre auch eine Lösung gegen eventuell Selbstmord Gefährdete. Das extra zu bezahlende Frühstück kostete nicht wie auf Hotel.com beschrieben 525.- TL sondern ganze 800.- TL- Das dann gebotene lies zu wünschen übrig...
