Within easy walking distance of the train station, castle and old town. Very friendly staff who spoke English. We went to the restaurant for dinner. Great service and food. Breakfast was incredible... for a start 13 different types of cheeses!! Room very clean and large.

The staff was great and provided good service and assistance. The location is very convenient and close to city center. The only thing that took us by surprise was the cost of the laundry, nearly $11, which is extremely high even for Europe and the US!

For me the best hotel in Erzurum!

We liked everything, the hotel and its decorations, the colours of the corridors and the rooms, the paintings, the rooms itself, the heating in the bathroom, the generous give-aways, the best buffet ever in North-East Turkey and last but not least, the competent and helpful friendliness of the personal. Thank you, when nearby, we’ll come back.

Lovely hotel

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Very nice. Rooms lovely and kept very clean. The whole hotel smells lovely everywhere ( no smell of smoke) 👌 wonderful breakfast and very good choice. Nice staff. Very polite. Would highly recommend

I had one night at the Grand hotel Catalkaya in Erzurum. I should have stayed for two nights. Erzurum is a very nice town to wander about in. The hotel is excellent value for money. I stayed there in summer, which I suppose is their off season. The room was great, the staff were professional and helpful. The Catalkaya has a great breakfast buffet with a large variety of dishes. It is one ofvthe nicest hotels I stayed in In Turkey.

Erzurumda 1 gece konakladığım bu otelde konum olarak çok memnun kaldım merkezi bir yerde, tren istasyonu havalanı ve Palandöken otobüslerinin kalkış noktasına sadece 500 metre falan otel odaları standart ne iyi çok kötü yani parasını hak ediyor ama kahvaltı için ayri bir parantez acmazsam. Haksızlık olur kahvaltıda inanılmaz çok seçenek vardı daha çok soğuk meze gibiydi ama bende harikuladeydi. Onun dışında çalışan arkadaşlar gayet samimi ve hoşgörülüydü bir daha gidersen.tekrar kalırmıyim kesinlikle evet parasını sonuna kadar hak ediyor biz çok memnun kaldık

Fiyata göre Erzurumdaki en iyi otel olabilir.

Müthiş bir Kahvaltı çeşidi var. Sadece kahvaltı için bile gidebilirsiniz. Temizlik ve yatak kalitesi iyiydi. Kaldığım oda küçük bir odaydı, kalmak isteyenlere önerim; müsait oda varsa daha büyük bir odada kalmaları. Bir de klima yoktu odamda. Galiba birkaç odada yok, daha önce büyük odada kaldım orada klima vardı. Girişte sormanızı öneririm. Personel ilgisi de çok iyi.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο τα κρεβάτια δεν είχαν καθόλου καλό στρώμα το μπάνιο δεν ήταν σε καλή κατάσταση το προσωπικό καθόλου εξυπηρετικό δεν μας βοήθησαν με τις βαλίτσες μας παρόλο που είμασταν δύο γυναίκες ..... είχε όμως πολύ ωραίο και πλούσιο πρωινό ...δεν νομίζω ότι θα ξαναμεινω εκει

Resepsiyon ve temizlik ❌

Otelin konumu, yemekleri, kahvaltısı güzeldi. Ancak resepsiyondaki arkadaşın müşteri karşılama, iletişim ve mimik konusunda kendisini geliştirmesi lazım. Otele geldiğimde ne selam aldı ne hoşgeldiniz dedi ne de yüzümüze baktı. Ayrıca oda maalesef temiz değildi. Banyo ve duşakabin içi kirliydi. Tekrar konaklama için tercih eder miyim büyük bir soru işareti.
