"Check-in time has no consideration. You are traveling a long hours and arrived at the hotel earlier than schedule. The staff said the room is not yet ready. You leave your baggage there and going out and enjoy the day as you have limited time in the city. And go back to your hotel already late."

"Nice hotel with good breakfast. Right next to a supermarket as well. 15mins or so bus into main Lucerne. Buses are every 30min. Room was simple but spacious. Good hot shower. Elaine on front desk was very welcoming. Leo at breakfast was attentive. No issues with this hotel"

"We travel a lot but we have never seen such a nice staff anywhere. Shayan is a sweetheart and extremely nice and helpful. My son was sick and one of staff went out of her way to make kitchen make a soup for him. You don’t see these kind of stuff often. Thank you to all the staff.!"
