Hatten wohl kurzfristig eine andere Wohnung als die gebuchte bekommen, waren mit dieser Wohnung aber sehr zufrieden. Sie war sehr groß und geräumig und sauber. Die Lage war auch spitze.

Für kurzen Aufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert!

Das kleine Appartement liegt in der Altstadt im Hinterhof. Es ist zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Nahe gelegene Straßenbahn Anbindung. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und ausreichend, dass King Size Bett überzeugt. Leider war kein Fön vorhanden. Trotzdem gerne wieder!

Die Saubarkeit der Unterkunft war ein Desaster. Das WC voll mit klebrigen Flecken braunen Flecken, die Gardinen vergilbt und die Möbel staubig. Auch die Kommunikation ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig und uns wurde nicht entgegen gekommen. Fazit: NIE WIEDER, selten so enttäuscht von einer Unterkunft in der Preiskategorie gewesen.

Die Kochnische ist leider sehr klein und kaum nutzbar, aber zum Kaffee kochen reicht es. Die Küchenausrüstung ist unvollständig oder kaputt und der Wasserhahn müsste dort entkalkt werden. Es fehlen Nachttischlampen! Aber das Bett ist sehr bequem und man schläft hervorragend. Das Bad ist auch i.O.

Das Apartment ein wenig dunkel, jedoch in Ordnung

Für unseren Geschmack war die Matratze zu weich. In der Küche hätte ein wenig mehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet werden können, z. B. Krümel aus der Eierablage im Kühlschrank, ebenso wäre es wünschenswert gewesen, wenn man vorher auch über den Wasserkocher und die Kaffeemaschine gewischt hätte. Im Badezimmer wäre für das Preisleistungsverhältnis ein größerer Wasserstrahl am Waschbecken richtig gewesen. Sehr gut klappte die Schlüsselübergabe per Handy und Schlüsselbox.

Gut - aber nur für 2 + 2 unter 1,60 m

Zimmer "Petersbergbrücke": Das Schlafsofa hat eine Liegefläche von ca. 1,60 x 1,60 m!!! Max. Belegung deshalb eigentlich beschränkt auf 2 Erw. + 2 Personen unter 1,60 m!!! (s. Foto) WC-Spülung tropfte/lief die ganze Nacht. Fernseher nicht auf der Stirnseite, sondern rechts vom Doppelbett. Service: Gebucht war für 4 Personen, Schlafsofa war nicht vorbereitet (vermutlich wäre dann die kurze Liegefläche aufgefallen) und musste selbst bezogen werden Lage: sehr gut, beim Altstadtkern; schwierige Parksituation, wenn Dom-Parkhaus belegt Check-In und -Out unkompliziert
