Quiet and comfortable

This was a comfortable, quiet hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast served in a pleasant patio area. Showers worked fine, and sitting outside on the balcony was nice. The location is an easy walk to Victoria Mall or the bus park to get a cheap ride into Kampala.

It’s a beautiful and calm facility. They however need to get the spar running sooner than later oh and the TVs.

If i could rate negative starts i would..Be warned!!.. they will take your money, offer poor services and deny you a refund if you decide to check out early. I booked 4 nights with this hotel and upon checking in there was no functioning TV as advertised on their listing, one of the rooms did not have a TV present at all. They said they were experiencing technical issues and would not have the TV's functioning any time soon, the internet connection was extremely poor and the Sauna was closed for repairs. I decided to check out after the first night and book with a different hotel that better suited my needs. The hotel manager denied me my refund of the remaining 3 days booked totaling hundreds of dollars. I will be desputing this charge with my bank as the reason for my ending my stay was due to false advertising and poor services rendered. And expedia handed my money straight to them, they offered no protection against the hotels clearly illegal policy..
