Very much a ‘business’ hotel. Staff very friendly and efficient but bar area lacked atmosphere and had to wait for a receptionist to serve drinks. Room was clean and comfortable.

Very convenient to get to the train and bus stations. Close to a variety of stores and dining options. Got a room with a great view of the town. Kettle to boil water in the room. - No iron in the room; iron in the room is standard in every other hotel where I have stayed. - Mattress was somewhat uncomfortable. - Not enough pillows.

Service was great, cleanliness not so much

I felt like my room wasn’t really cleaned thoroughly. There was a long hair in the clean towel they provided and hairs in the shower. Gum sticking on the side of the bed. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the location is perfect.

Substandard property

It’s a basic hotel in a small town in NL. I was bitten by an insect during the night. Next day hand got swollen and took several days of antibiotics and allergy medications to get it under control. Rather expensive and unpleasant experience.

Het hotel ligt heel gunstig ten opzichte van het OV met treinen en bussen alle kanten op. Aan de rand van de binnenstad. Geen last van geluid. Oók niet van de trein die onderlangs rijdt. De ingang (buiten) van het hotel is wat rommelig. Op de trappen (met véle treden) ligt glas. Er is geen leuning en er wordt gegeten en geblowed. Beter is het met de buitenlift naar de ingang te gaan. Iets verder doorlopen. Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie. Kamer op 9e etage. Prachtig uitzicht, prima bedden. Wat dunne handdoeken. Housekeeping op aanvraag. Ontbijt nogal basic in een zaal die nogal droefgeestig stemt. Prima voor een uitvaart, niet voor een ontbijt. Vreemd dat de ontbijt-ober je tafel alvast aan het afruimen is terwijl je nog aan het eten bent.

Helaas..

Nieuw hotel, geweldige locatie, fantastische medewerkers, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Helaas zeer slecht geslapen vanwege de slechte kussens en gebrek aan frisse lucht omdat de ramen niet open kunnen. De plastic matras bescherming maakt het bed bloedheet en oncomfortabel om op te liggen. Heel jammer!

Hotellet er bra. Noen få el il ladestasjoner med veldig lav ampere. Sikring går heletiden. Ellers hjelper det ikke å henge Room cleaning Lapp på døren. Du å.si fra. Dette er litt tullete. Ellers bra hotell. Frokost kjedelig. Ikke kjøp den. Spis ute hvis du ikke har lyst på en tørr brødskive.
