"Séjour d'une semaine. Hôtel incroyable. Un service de qualité. Un personnel souriant et accueillant. Vous pouvez croiser Annick, un vrai rayon de soleil. Le petit déjeuner est varié et qualitatif. Des espaces communs bien entretenu que ce soit les salons dans les étages ou bien le sauna (gratuit). La literie est très confortable. Très bonne insolation. L'aéroport n'est vraiment pas bruyant. Il y a peut-être 3 avions par jour grand maximum. En revanche, il faut bien 45min pour rejoindre...

"Comfy beds, great location 10 minute walk to train directly into Stockholm. Gym with a sauna. Breakfast was great but hectic. Dinner is only a buffet during summer with super limited options for a big price- better off eating at one of the restaurants down the street or in Stockholm. We were incredibly disappointed because our room was right above the kitchen with a super squeaky door so we could hear them going in and out early in the morning and late at night making sleep very difficult. "This is my second stay here and the property just opened a few weeks now. Everything about this property is perfect. The staff, the location, the cleanliness, the beautiful rooms, the public space and vibe here is just amazing. I can’t remember the English guys name at the check in but he is Ace. Supermarket within feet and lots of restaurants including food truck for authentic food and if you need a McDonald’s fix… right there also. I’ll def return next time I am in town."

"The staff Agnus and Anna were very helpful. They both came to help with the technical issue we had with the TV. Anna sorted it out for us. The TV should have TV channels, it only had the casting facilities. Air conditioning did not work at all, we were told that it is a cooling system, not ac, but was advertised as ac. We booked this because it was advertised as having ac in there. Apart from that everything was good, everything was near by to see."

"The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel is in a great location. Especially for the Arlanda Airport Express which is right next door. The Ice Bar was a fun and unique experience. The hotel rooms are cue for European hotels. The towels are thick and the provided toiletries were handy."

"I travel the world for work and holidays. This hotel ranks at near bottom for staffing and general hospitality. Front desk staff are rude and abrupt. Rooms have limited to no AC, are more like hostel type beds. Avoid this place, way better spots in Stockholm for half the price."

"Siamo stati 2 notti e comodissima la posizione affianco alla metro che porta in poco tempo a quella centrale. Fra l altro una delle metro tutte dipinte. Vicino anche alla fermata del treno 41 che proviene da vicino aeroporto incluso nell abbonamento SL. Personale sempre cordiale e disponibile. Colazione ben fornita e buona per il salato, praticamente assente il dolce, salvo un paio d tipo d muffin vegani e poi solo dei mini croissant nn tipici e neache d qualità, hanno tanti buoni dolci tipici...
