"Our stay was good. But we our booking, we earned x2 complimentary drinks. Upon arrival, we were told they've run out of vouchers. They said we'd get the vouchers delivered to the room which didn't happen. We didn't get vouchers until the next morning which was check out. In return, we were told to use them for coffee but we wanted to use them at the bar. This was frustrating!"

"I was so appalled by the state of repair while I walked down the hallways that I almost left the hotel before I reached my room. At least the room itself was in a decent state. Then my kids wanted to try the pool and it was filthy and ill-maintained."

"Convenient location though a bit tricky to access as valet/check in address does not match property access. And there was a film crew present the night I checked in which made it more confusing (no staff present at the doors/valet. "

"I would say it’s important to know that there’s heavy construction going on in the area. If you are driving a vehicle, it is very difficult to turn into the property. Very few access points. Otherwise, I would say this is a lovely hotel and I will stay here again. As I have done many times."

"Overall the place was pleasant. The beds are on the firm side but the rooms are ok. This hotel is right next to a hospital with an ER so you won’t get any peace during the day until around midnight as sirens will go off constantly. The hotel is 30 floors high and only has 4 lifts, and I believe possibly only 2 working as we had to constantly queue for the lift to get down or backup to our room. Often a lift arriving and full so having to wait again. It was also very warm in the room with limited AC which didn’t seem to do much during the day so we’d come back to a hot stuff room I wouldn’t go back as I’m sure there are better options"
