"The staff were all really friendly and accomidating. Our original room had broken A/C and they immediately moved us to another room. the following day when I had believed I had left something in the previous room, by their suggestion they took me up to the room to check and look for it. The staff gave Zero hassel or judgement. The property itself I would say the rooms are small concrete squares and can be very dark with the shades closed, easy to loose a sense of time, this is a pro or con depending on what you like; and elevators can be really, really slow to arrive during higher traffic hours. The bathrooms were clean, the bed was firm yet soft, good for the back and the TV was nice! We did not do the breakfast package."

"Very pleasant stay. The hotel was well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Shower/bathroom was dated. Paint chipping, some evidence of aging but was clean. Being able to pay for breakfast ahead allowed us to save time in the mornings. And it was delicious! Check in staff and luggage storage staff were great!"

"The staff was amazing! The location is feet away from some of the best broadway shows around! Syeda at the front desk was so helpful and bright smile! She went out of her way to help us two times!!"

"The room was clean but very cramped, the bathroom was even more cramped. The bottom of the bathroom door had rotted out (from water damage I assume). The lock to the room's door needed a new key from the front desk 3 times in 3 days (yes, I kept it away from electronics, other cards etc.). The desk chair was too tall and was wedged under the little desk so the desk moved with the chair. The staff were very nice and competent. The location is very convenient."
