"Sunset Station is a great hotel casino if you want to get away from all the crowded casinos on the las vegas strip, accessible to alot of shopping around the hotel casino and also alot of food establishments you can also dine at if you dont want to eat on property, one thing i wish they had was a mini refrigerator in the room, there alot of room under the sink counter where one could be placed. one thing i didnt understand is why the soda machine on the floor would turn off to purchase at midnight. some of the aweosme highlights are its kid friendly with a 72 lane bowling alley, a movie theatre and a kids play zone. one thing i didnt like was most of the cashout machine where not working and i would have to walk over to the cashier area where a couple of the machine where working fine. all in all, i would recommend staying here cause i see myself booking here again in the future."

"This is our second time at this resort and it was another amazing visit! From the time we checked in to when we checked out, it was awesome! The two ladies who checked us in were so friendly and helpful and every time we came in, they were smiling and just so genuinely pleasant! The free Breakfast was great and the staff at the restaurant was so nice and the food was great! The fitness center was state of the art. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area."

"Positive: Hotel is beautiful. Bell staff was wonderful. Valet parking was wonderful. Negative: Stayed for son's wedding. My elderly parents booked a room as well through a third party, although they thought they were calling the hotel. My dad was taken via ambulance and admitted, so my mom came alone. The front desk would not allow her to check in to her room since her name was not on the reservation, despite showing ID with same last name and address. We had even made sure our rooms were by each other prior to arriving, so there had been contact made. We had someone go to her home out of state to try to get the confirmation number, but the front desk said it didn't match. The front desk offered absolutely no assistance. Bottom line, my 80 year old mother was denied a room that she already paid for and had to share with someone. This set the tone for our wedding weekend. This had nothing to do with Expedia. However, it ruined our stay. Do yourself a favor and stay at a hotel that values their customers and wants a positive outcome. There's plenty of gorgeous hotels in Henderson and Vegas."

"The room and staff were ok. We didn’t try the breakfast since the area, chairs ext looked a little dirty. The online photos showed a little waterfall at the pool which was not on so that was a bit of a disappointment. There’s a new hotel next door that we probably try next time."
