Wir waren bereits mehrere Male in Ägypten und das Steigenberger war mit Abstand eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir je hatten. Alles läuft sehr entspannt und stressfrei ab. Das Hausriff auf beiden Seiten sind wunderbar, um die Unterwasserwelt zu erkunden. Einziger Kritikpunkt liegt bei Expedia, für den Preis keinen Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel anzubieten, haben wir zu dem Preis als ziemliche Frechheit empfunden. Zudem gab es während der Buchung keinerlei Hinweis darauf, dass kein Transfer enthalten war. Zum Glück wurde uns vor Ort sehr unkompliziert geholfen. Auch ein Late Check-Out war ganz problemlos möglich. Hotel 5 ***** Expedia leider nur 3*** Auch der Check-In bei easyjet war mit der übermittelten Buchungsnummer nicht ohne Kontakt des telefonischen Supports von easyjet nicht möglich (und diesen zu erreichen, war sehr zeitaufwendig) Wir werden nicht noch einmal über Expedia buchen.

Wunderschöne Anlage, gutes Essen und vorallem kundenorientierte Angestellte in allen Bereichen. Gästeanliegen, sofern machbar, umgehend umgesetzt. Man hat wirklich das Gefühl, das Management nimmt jede Anregung oder Kritik wirklich ernst. Die Lage in der Bucht ist im Dezember/Januar von Vorteil, da windgeschützt und man so wirklich immer ins Meer konnte. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr schön bepflanzt und idyllisch. Super Joggingpfad der Bucht entlang mit Distanzangaben. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen

Das Coraya ist wirklich ein sehr gutes Hotel. Das Essen und auch die Getränke sind sehr gut und wir hatten nie Probleme. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter*innen geben sich sehr Mühe beim Zimmer putzen und machen tolle Figuren auf dem Bett. Die Rezeption ist immer erreichbar und hilft bei allen möglichen Probleme . Wirklich sehr toll!

Struttura bellissima, perfetta per viaggiatori in coppia, non ci sono bambini. L'accoglienza è perfetta, personale eccellente, Ina manager bravissima, risolve problemi, come il bigliardino rotto e aggiustato in una sera, tra i camerieri il mitico Mohamed Abbas gentilissimo in tutto. La barriera corallina della laguna fino al pontile intatta pieno di pesci colorati che ti nuotano vicini. Il mangiare è eccellente, grande varietà di cibo Serate di musica molto carine e coinvolgenti Super consigliato

La chambre 1103 proposée ne correspondait à notre attente et probablement pas au standard hotel.com : petite fenêtre donnant sur la mer, terrasse entre deux bâtiments en plein courant d'air La chambre 1206 proposée en rez avec terrasse vue sur la mer nous a donné satisfaction mais moyennant un versement de 420€ en liquide Sinon travaux très bruyants pendant 3 semaines: polissage des frontons rendant impossible de rester au bord de la grande piscine puis de la plage Un jour un ouvrier est venu percer des planches dans la salle du fitness
