Aparthotel ILUNION Sancti Petri
10/10 Excellent
"My time there was amazing, theres not a single thing i would complain about they even left me a card and small gift in my room for my birthday which no other hotel has done. I cant say enough good things about this place"
"Amazing stay at this resort! Staff is very friendly and it was very clean. The only downside was a lot of mosquitos that would find there was in the room. Other than that we loved our stay here!"
"First thing to note is there are no lifts in the low rise blocks to the bedrooms. Ours was the top floor so 4 short flights of stairs but not great if you have a lot of luggage. Very nice spacious well appointed rooms and good size balcony. The only negative comment was about the old shower head, and not great water pressure but it did not change our overall opinion for our short stay but these small details could be better. This is an all inclusive resort. The choice and quality of the food for all meals was excellent but the alcoholic drinks did not seem to contain that much alcohol. For mid October we did not expect this very large hotel to be fully booked but it was throughout our stay. This was our first time at a RIU hotel and clearly it has a popular following. But note it can get a bit busy and loud around pools and activities, but great for young families with kids. There are 75 wooden steps down from the dunes behind the hotel to access the beach although the sandy La Barrosa beach is truly stunning, and the sea is shallow for a good way out. Car parking (non EV) is in two car parks opposite the hotel across the road and the hotel charges €5 per day. Overall we had a nice time at this hotel and would recommend it for families with young children as there are many excellent facilities available for them especially. The highlight of the week is Friday as they have the RIU party that night and it was a pity we were not able to stay longer to see it."
"Room are big enough with nice balcony. Could be cleaner and without ants. Food was very good, lots of options. Every day dinner was different with good quality. Staff was very helpful. Beach and surrounding very nice."
"Realmente un lugar para recomendar, por su jubilación (ideal para visitar Cádiz y San Fernando), pero en especial por el excelente trato y profesionalismo demostrado por su personal. Felicitaciones!"
