Since we are located on a hill, the road to the property is not flat and uphill walking and stairs is inevitable. Although some people may find it challenging, our location is very accessible and safe to walk up. Vehicles (motorbike, tuktuk/tricycles, vans, and even trucks) can also go up to Karuna. We also offer complimentary shuttle to town and back to the property until 23:00. It is the town tuktuk/tricycle drivers that are fussy in going up the property. They use it as an excuse to ask for extra payment.You were very friendly and nice guests to have! We are happy to have you here and we look forward to having you with us again soon!

We think you forgot to mention that despite theres already music being played on an acceptable volume level in the pool and restaurant area, you disregarded MULTIPLE requests to lower down the volume blasting out of your speaker stating that you are the only guests around, despite the fact that there are other 4 groups of guests. We are happy to know that in this review, you acknowledge their presence when it suits you. We are delighted to see that you are enjoying your bottle of liquor but we also have to remind you to lower down your music as you are ruining the tranquility of the other guests, and the place, by treating the restaurant as your own club with the volume and kind of music you are playing. Our shareholder has to stand her ground, and her right, to talk to you, as the title of Manager is not enough for your group. When you realized that she is not going to put up with your loud music and conversations, you changed the topic about a COMPLIMENTARY transportation service you enjoyed couple of times, and started to complain just because it was not available for your group at ONE TIME. It should also be noted, that it was the THREE of you, arguing in your loud voice, over one lady's. We suggest for you to be more mindful of your surroundings and actions next time to avoid the feeling of being unwanted. Rest assured that we take constructive feedback, and improve where we can. Good day. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to answer your review. You went on an island hopping the day before your early check out. It was known that your son hurt himself on one of the corals. The next day, you claim that the said boy was bitten by some animal, so you have to do an early check out to go back to Manila. We assisted you in one of the clinics in El Nido who also said, it was not an animal bite. Yet, you insisted to go as you were panicking and you want to have a tetanus shot. We also refunded you the un-used days. We are disappointed to know that your stay with us ,as well as our consideration and assistance, was a nightmare for you. Regardless, we hope that you and your family are feeling better now.

However, there is no noise coming from the Front Desk. The unit also has seaviews. Regardless, we will look into your comments and improve where we can.
