"**Great hotel with a beautiful beachfront location**
We had a great stay at Club Paradisio El Gouna! The hotel has a fantastic beachfront location, beautifully maintained green grounds and is clean throughout. The pool area was lovely and perfect for relaxing in the sunshine.
The food was excellent, with seven different evening themes and a great variety of dishes every night.
The staff were generally very friendly, polite and welcoming. However, we had a disappointing experience when we requested water and had to wait **8 hours** for it.
The beach towels definitely need replacing. They were very dated, and most were stained, which lets the hotel down and needs urgent attention.
For kitesurfing, this place is fantastic! A special mention goes to **Osmosis Kite Club**. The team were amazing, helpful and attentive, making sure everyone was well looked after. The rescue boats are also a great reassurance when out on the water.
Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would recommend this resort, especially for its beachfront location, beautiful grounds, excellent food and outstanding kitesurfing facilities. With some improvements to the service and beach towels, the experience would be even better!"
