Very cozy and atmospheric place for a vacation. Beaches are easily reachable if you travel by car (by the way, parking near the hotel was free). The breakfast and dinner buffet was not very big, but offered a great selection and quality of food. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The spacious room included a kettle, fridge, and even a washing machine.

Nice hotel but not the best dinner

I would not choose half board next time. The food is not that good. On the other hand there are not so many options where you can eat in the area. There are two other restaurant right outside the hotel but I didn’t check them out.

Love it,if you like nice and quiet,This Retro Spanish style village must go.Service Top to bottom perfecto!Staffs all carry smile everywhere u go.Dont expect bar or restaurant near by.its Zero.But u got everything u need inside the resort.Go for half board.Both Buffe breakfasts and Dinner also Good too. Remember get a Seaview Room. 100% will go back.

Excellent location

The hotel and surroundings were excellent the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative thing was I had to pay an extra €20 for kitchenware which I thought was a bit disappointing considering how much the hotel room was.

Wonderful view of the Mediterranean

Excellent value and excellent staff. Wish I could have stayed a week. Amazing view. If you plan to stay awhile know that it’s on the side of a hill and the walk up and down to your room is quite a hike. They have staff with golf carts to bring you around if needed and especially during check in and out when you have your luggage. So glad I found this hotel!

Nice place worthy of another visit!

Great place, giving a feel of a little Spanish village next to the lovely view of the sea. It was just superb on a fine sunny day, and pretty grim and gray on a fully cloudy/rainy day. Excellent team, great food as part of half-board stay and attention was given whenever we needed help or some addons like kettle, beach towels, etc. The kitchen team were very innovative and did a nice spread of variety of food, different every day and with plenty of options for young kids, who can eat some healthy food and not just nuggets or burger or chips.

Great location; close to Alicante, Altea and the Beach; you can take a Bus right in front of the Hotel, however, you will need a Car if you like more freedom of movement. The provided breakfast is a great value and you will not find it anywhere else! Staying In the Hotel, will give you the feel of living in a Spanish Pueblo; will definitely stay here again in the future. The Staff are very friendly through out the Property. It provides a family setting with many families with young children chose this Property.

We loved our time here. Our delux family suite was fabulous with amazing sea views. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Pool was lovely. Bus outside hotel on the hour bringing you to beach and El Campillo. Only downside is lack of access to shop if you don't have a car. Only snacks available at reception. Other than than loved it.

Short stay so not really a chance to see all on offer but room was a huge 1 bed apartment with large bathroom and kitchen. Good distant sea view from small balcony. General condition was poor, breakfast room too small and crowded. Very steep paths to get to room, not suitable for anyone who has walking difficulties. Reception staff not as welcoming as others we have used. Could be nice with some effort from the management but for now, I'll be staying elsewhere.

Hotel.com need to revise there siteinformation.

Absolutely disgraceful that what is on your site is not what you receive and then to be told that all there new standards were given to Hotels.com. We booked this property through you because the description of amenities that the place had!! When we got there it had all changed. No sauna, no steam room, no gymnasium. These with not being there and asked why they were advertising them on your site, they said they had informed you? When we got in the property we were then told that any crockery and utensils, plus toaster and coffee maker were to be charged to the room if we asked them to give us ? Later they looked at my itinerary and gave up on the crockery and toaster and brought them for no charge and said there was now just a coffee maker in the reception. When the cooker hob it would not work. The window to our bedroom at no catch on one side and we could not even be bothered about no plug unabling us the have a bath. Breakfast the first morning although looked great we choose an English breakfast which unfortunately was cold. We were treated fairly but the staff and were very good at their job, and the whole place was nice and oldy worldly. But I’m sure that the price charged was to much for the mistakes in your catalogue (site) I am very sure during the summer months there could be quit a bit of trouble if this is not sorted. As many people will not like the situation.

Pleasant hotel

Rooms are very spacious with huge beds and powerful showers. The resort is incredibly hilly and whilst they have buggies to ferry you around if you have limited mobility you will find it difficult. Breakfast was a bit average in our opinion.

A lovely trip

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The rooms are very comfortable, but ours could have benefitted from some better storage i.e. drawers
