"The property refused to acknowledge our booking.They weren't prepared to accept our confirmation email that we had booked and paid for our room and breakfast. They actually locked us out whilst we were contacting our booking agent for help. "

"Wir haben uns während unseres Kurzurlaubes rundum wohlgefühlt .Das Zimmer lag im 2.Stock,gut mit dem Lift zu erreichen. Die Verpflegung war auch sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter allesamt sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend . Außerdem gab es in Mühlhausen so viel zu sehen, so daß wir bestimmt noch Mal wiederkommen würden."

We did not feel comfortable there, and room was relatively expensive. Therefore we drove back to the reception to ask for a room at the main hotel. Bei der Buchung und auf der Buchungsbestätigung war für die Wohnung immer die Adresse des Hotels angegeben, sprich mitten im Ort, direkt am Kurpark gelegen. Nach der Buchung bekamen wir eine automatische Nachricht, dass die Wohnung 2km vom Hotel entfernt sei.
