The property needs to add USB plugs to rooms. Also the beds should be remade everyday on multiday stays.

Only reason why this hotel is still doing well is because it is the only hotel within the west Edmonton mall. I truly was not expecting the best looking room even though their rooms are expensive enough but I decided to stay here because it would be within the mall & be convenient for us but to book an expensive hotel with not one single USB plug outlet inside the room is so unacceptable. Explanation from staff - a lot of our rooms are not updated. Now, these are not staff fault but it would have been so easy enough to have some usb adapters in the front desk for guests to be able to borrow - now, that would have been good redeeming service. Next, no ventilation in bathroom. Despite the convenience, I would choose to stay in west Edmonton inn next time which is a 5 mins walk from the mall.
