"Rooms are nice, clean and accommodating. Water pressure in shower very low, bed a bit soft. Fives nights, hot tub was closed except for our first [night], which was excellent so for this reason a four. Cannot speak of restaurants or bar ."

"We booked online. When we saw "by Wyndham" we associated that with good quality. I called the contact number provided online multiple times prior to arrival. No one ever answered and the call was repeatedly dropped. Upon check in, I asked about it and was provided with a completely different number. The main lobby entrance outside door was propped open. The room was clean and ok. The toilet seat was very loose. We asked to borrow a screw driver so we could fix it. The desk clerk came to our room and tried to fix it. The fix was very short lived. There was some type of smoke detector? dangling from our ceiling. The door on the ac controls was broken and fell off when we opened it. Outside our window was a rusted old storage shed and an overgrown flowerbed with no flowers. The sidewalks were partially blocked with overgrown bushes. The outside entrance was not secure even though there was a slide bar for the room key. The nuts and bolts of the lock were missing. Anyone could walk in. Advertised "Breakfast" consisted of a very minimum continental type breakfast. Unfortunately, our stay was poor overall quality and we were disappointed."

"We enjoyed our stay so very much! The room was perfect. We ended up having to switch rooms because of a loud a c unit, and the staff was very helpful and very patient with us! I will always stay at a Candlewood Inn when I have the chance!"
