Sehr schönes Hotel mit leider einem kleinen Beigeschmack. Wir mussten 5 € pro Bademantel bezahlen, dann konnten wir Sauna machen. Für ein 4* Hotel etwas skurril.

Sehr schöne Zimmer,Frühstück sehr gut. Die Dame an der Rezeption überfordert und unvorbereitet. Auch vorab nach einem Gespräch konnte sie nicht das zweite Zimmer erst finden.Es war für uns unangenehm,,dass man nach ca,15.Min.erst die Buchung sehen konnte. Telefonisch wurde mir einen Tag vorher,die Buchung schon bestätigt. Es besteht noch Nachholbedarf,bezogen auf die Rezeption. Der Service ist dort verbesserungsbedürftig.
