"The hotel was amazing.. the wait staff was incredibly pleasant... The cleaning staff worked non-stop to ensure that the health conditions were pristine. Everyone was attentive to your needs. I miss it already.
The staff always smiled and was very helpful and took their time with all your questions.

"Impeccable service and hospitality, from the top to the bottom. Wonderful staff. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the security, and they were so kind, friendly and professional. It set the tone for my entire trip to Kenya. This hotel is very well managed. The food at their restaurant is delicious, and the executive chef is very active with the guests inside and outside of the restaurant.

"The staffs delivered an excellent service.. the waiters were very accommodating, ready to assist. Also the reception team, I recall that I had one day extension, they didn’t chase me around to come make payment. And the house keepers were exceptional. I will be coming back"
