The room was newly renovated with a great shower! The bed was super comfortable too. Loved the reading chair as well as the deck. Even had a visit from the resident goose and ducks!!

It was very clean and comfortable. My only issue was the shower door wouldn’t stay closed and I probably made a mess cleaning up. I would definitely stay there again, the location was perfect.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. The room was modern, minimalist, and efficiently laid out. The area was quiet even though the location is close to everything in Sandwich. We would stay here again.

I've stayed in the Earl of Sandwich numerous times and will stay there again. Inside is clean and was renovated within the last few years. Location is slightly outside of Sandwich on 6A but it's very convenient and has a pool and a nice back yard. It's a good option for a moderately priced motel in Sandwich.

This is a great find! An adorable motel stay that looks straight out of a storybook with a little duck pond in the back and plenty of seating outside to enjoy the sunny day. Our room looked pretty newly renovated and was perfect for our stay. There’s also a really good restaurant just down the road called cafe riverview that gets pretty busy but is really worth the 5-10 min wait in line. We are definitely booking this place again if we ever come around to Sandwich in the future!

This was the cleanest hotel room I've stayed in in eons! Though the property itself shows some age the room had clearly been renovated recently and is extremely well maintained. Great water pressure in the shower as well. Would happily stay here again.

I really love this place. I go to the cape every year and I always stay here!! The property is beautiful and very close to beaches and lovely restaurants with gorgeous scenery. On the property they have a pool during season and a lovely duck pond that I love to go sit near. The staff are wonderful people and the rooms are absolutely fantastic, some rooms have a deck as well which is always nice and the rooms come with Ac which is always nice during the hot summer seasons

Room appeared recently renovated however the flooring was loose and wavy near the bed and there was writing on the walls! ‘Desk’ ‘switch’ etc. The shower control was very loose and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The lighting was very harsh- weird wall lights and absolutely no wall pictures or decorations. The room and bathroom desperately needs some attention to deal and a new paint job! Also-no peep hole in the door?!? Why? Especially since the door opens directly to the outside. A safety feature that is a must. The one positive was the new Frigidaire heating/ac unit that was new and very quiet. My advice to the owner would be to get someone in there to do the finish work and invest in some nice artwork.

The property has new owners. They still have a lot to fix outside, painting, to and landscaping. The rooms were renovated. The bathroom had no toilet paper holder , no hooks to hang towels or clothes on in the bathroom. They did have a full length mirror with light. Small closet with only 3 hangars.
