"Beautiful Property, Tough August Stay — Saved by Incredible Staff We stayed at La Valise Los Cabos in August — beautiful property, but not the right season or setup for it. Temperatures hit 37°C, and AC was only available at night (apparently due to solar panel capacity limits), leaving daytime genuinely hard to bear. "Clean room, clean pool. Grateful for opportunity"

"Au calme ! C’etait ce que nous recherchions."

"The room was very clean and kept up daily. Room is older and could use some attention. A few cracked tiles on flooring and updated furniture. Bed was very comfortable (king). No refrigerator but we requested and they brought us one (no charge), which was great. Also, room should have a safe and maybe a microwave to bring room up to date. "Everything"

"This is our 3rd stay at the Ritz Zadun and we love it. Staff is amazing; rooms are villas and so spacious and location is terrific. We’ll be back."

"I was amazed at how helpful the staff was and courteous. It was very clean and delicious food. The rooms were nice. It was in a central location where you could either go on excursions in a tour or on your own. Both were quite good. I especially remember the Porterl Luis I was very helpful and kind. They have a store very close by and the people in there were very courteous and helpful. Also, I had an excellent time. It was peaceful yet there was things you can do. I will go again."

"The rooms were newly renovated, refrigerators stocked daily. Our view was beautiful. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was okay seemed like the same thing everyday. The restaurants were good , Italian and Mexican."

"Todo excelente desde la recepción hasta el lugar muy bonito todo, la habitación algo pequeña pero se disfruta mucho dormir en esa cama !!"
