For me, the hotel is just for sleeping. This is just an ordinary hotel. There is nothing special about it, but the staff here are very nice.
Location is great however that is the only positive thing I have to say. Room was incredibly shabby. Sheets were stained. Bathroom not thoroughly clean. No kettle. No fridge.
Stayed one night. They gave me a room which belonged to another customer.
This was cleared after some talking because the reception staff were there. If they would not have been there I do not know what would have happened.
Then got a very clean and good room. The hotel is an industry building which has been refurbished. Everything very clean.
It is 400 meter walk to tram which very easy takes you to Düsseldorf center.
The place needs a major upgrade and renovation. I did not feel safe there as a solo female traveler. Heating in my room didn’t work for hours. Place is covered in stained carpet and furniture. Reception is only open from 2-9. Would not recommend unless you are desperate and need a very cheap option.
The doors were broken, the lift is broken, there is no receptionist at all, I was looked at the lift no one was around to help me one of the gusts helped me and he was disappointed too for booking with this hotel
Absolutely disgusting. The entire room smells like cigarettes. The entire building. The hotel code didn’t even work. They gave us NO amenities! They sent even give us soap to wash our hands! The lift smells like human urine. The floors are filthy. The only thing good about this place, is that they have hot water.
Room is very small, which is a problem when travelling with 2 with lugguges. Unfotunately mattress is very old and squeaks with even small movement. Bathroom is ok, only issue is that there are only small towels, and they are not being changed every day. There are no big bath towels at all. Information passed via email are clear. In there room there was mini fridge and kettle- very nice. Overall it is ok, but very very basic, and for longer then 1-2 nights it is diffucult for the spine.

Cleaning staff steel 50€ from me. When I checked out.

Ganz schlimm. So etwas müsste verboten werden
Grauenhaft!
Kurzum; Finger weg!!!!!
